Treatment Guidelines
- Preparation: Place the blanket flat on a dry, stable surface and ensure that it is fully unfolded before use.
- Positioning: Lie inside the blanket for an enclosed single-person session, or open it flat for one or two people.
- Eye Protection: Wear the included protective eye mask when the light is directed toward the face or the brightness feels uncomfortable.
- Select Your Intensity: Choose P1 to P5. First-time users should begin at a lower intensity and increase gradually based on comfort.
- Pulse Setting: Select continuous light, 10 Hz or 40 Hz according to your preference.
- Session Duration: Begin with a 10-minute session. Follow the user manual before increasing session length or frequency.
- During Use: Stop the session if you experience excessive heat, skin discomfort, dizziness or any unusual reaction.
- After Use: Turn off and unplug the blanket, allow it to cool completely, and wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
