Warranty Policy

All Luxena products include a 2-year factory warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
• If a replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (returning the defective item and shipping of the replacement).
