30-Day Trial Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Luxena offers a 30-day trial period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us. All returns must be received in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging. All returns received with missing components may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the returned device is damaged in any way, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender. 

Inspection & Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected for condition and completeness. Processing time for inspections is typically 2–4 business days after the item is received.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Damaged Items

You must report any damaged item within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

We require photo and video evidence of the damage in order to process a replacement or refund. Please email all documentation to contact@theluxena.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for another product, the best option is to return the original item and place a new order for the product you want instead.
