Free Shipping
We are pleased to provide free shipping for all Luxena orders across North America.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

· Canada: 2–7 business days depending on location.

· United States: 4–10 business days.

· International: 8–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, they are responsible for any additional costs related to re-shipping.

Duties & Taxes
United States & International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.


Our response time is typically 1–2 business days. Claims submitted after the 30-day period from the delivery date may not be eligible for approval.


Kindly retain the damaged items and their external packaging until the courier completes the inspection; refrain from disposing of them during this process.


If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
